everyone....yes you and you, right now as you sit reading this, reach over and grab that external hard drive and back up. it's okay there's no one behind you, keep backing, keep backing, okay stop. if you don't have one of those gizmos get out there and buy one right away. you cannot afford to be without one. you can thank me later.
i spend every afternoon lying here, resting, recuperating, and now i want to go and lie on the dock and that is just what we are going to do. in the meantime, have a look at my photo, taken while i was not exactly resting on the bed but standing near it for sure.

i am a saint about backing up. every which way but backwards, CD,s DVDs, external hard drives, time machine. i still get a little fidgety even with that ;)
