I am awake at 4:20 a.m. because I made a mistake, an error, a booboo. As part of my daily routine, I take a handful of vitamin and mineral supplements to keep muscle pain at bay. I haven't taken them in over a week because it's a pain (haha) to take all those pills and I'm not always convinced they work. But the proof is in my wakefulness tonight, I've obviously erred.
If only I could erase my mistake.

awww...I hope you feel better after you take your supplements and get some rest. I stayed up a couple of nights ago because I had broken my camera. It was enough to give me a restless and distressed night!

Aw, man. No fun. If they take a while to kick in, could you try a Tylenol PM to help you sleep? I swear by them now whenever I have trouble sleeping.
