Work, work, work! Doesn't anybody play anymore? Sadly, for us Canucks this week did not have a holiday attached. Margie and I both worked our fingers to the bone. I'm still at work now, Friday night at 9:31. I clocked out at 9:30 p.m. and thought I would start a post before I head home and crawl into bed.
I don't have any pictures on this computer and it's very strange, I always start with an image, when I have to simply write, I'm not sure where to start.
Oh, if I had a picture of my bed, I would show you that crumply wonderful bed. Wait, here's a picture of margie's bed she sent it to me in an email.
I went to the doctor today about my knee, I'm scheduled to have arthroscopic surgery in February to repair torn cartilage. I am excited to know that in a few months I won't be in pain any more. I know people complain about long wait times, but I think 9 weeks to elective orthopaedic surgery is speedy.
Did you shop yesterday? What did you buy?
Tell the shopping sisters, we are dying to know!

Hope your surgery goes well. I know it will.
Sending positive vibes your way.

Ugh. I can't believe you were at work that late on a Friday. No fun!
I shopped a little yesterday, but just for regular stuff. The crowds were crazy down here in Nashville.

Oh how nice not to be in pain any more! I wish you well.
No shopping yesterday. I did some returning of things I borrowed and give-aways. It felt good.

no shopping for me! :) I find most of the sales do not make up for the crowds.

No way did I shop. We all three stayed home and poked around the house. We read, we ate left overs, we blogged, we played games together, we went for a walk. It was a perfectly lovely day.
Am sorry to hear about your knee. Be well.

I'll be thinking about you in February for your knee's new birthday! Here's too a speedy recovery - but not so fast that you don't have time to enjoy a few books and movies first.
