i was on the island of eleuthera most of the time and spent one day on harbour island.
eye candy, everywhere. why is it that only where the sun shines do people feel it is acceptable to paint their homes such beautiful colours? why do we insist on using such drab colours to match our drab weather? and dare we use the purples, greens and pinks, we are immediately labelled tacky.
is it because we have this?
and they have this?

please don't leave without me next time, puuuleeeease. ;)
welcome home. i've missed you.

You lucky girl! I'm a little envious of your travel schedule! Such great pictures. I'm meditating on that last photo! They are predicting rain, ice, and snow here. *sigh*

I love your place, welcome home!! I am always torn between the art, color, and texture that I love, and the need for the calm, monotone space my mind needs.
