now we have not just more gold,
but the most gold.
whatever will we do with our time when these olympics finish?
will we continue to wear our olympic mittens?
will we still sport our canadian toques?
will we continue to boast that we love
molson canadian and that it is really our beer of choice?
i know one thing, we will never be the same.

Oh I was up last night all alone and watched the ladies Curling final. It was so exciting and sometimes I just had to switch channel ;-)

We ROCK!
What I've loved most is when I watch the ski racing I remember that I used to ski like that. Of course, in reality I slowly made my way down the intermediate hill but in my mind it felt like I skied so well!
Oh and thanks for the bread, rye toast with PB this morning. I am in heaven

It has been a great Olympics! Canada should be quite proud. Most touching moment- when that little girl skated after her Mom died. (And I don't care how old you are-- when Mom dies, you feel like you are 12 years old again.)

These Olympics have been wonderful! Canada was great in speed skating last night. And there was a sweet interview with the Canadian figure skater -- did you see it? She said she learned English by watching Scooby Doo!
